Из плюсов: очень приветливый персонал. Красивая подача блюд. Из минусов: - слишком долгая подача. Заказав сет из 5 блюд ужин длился 3,5 часа, большую часть времени мы ждали. - неудачная винная карта. Качество вин на сете было посредственным (кроме шампанского). - излишне соленые блюда.

Super Service und sehr gutes Essen. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Wir waren mit dem 5-Gänge-Menü sehr zufrieden, es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und es war sehr lecker.

The staff are v friendly, it is welcoming. However, the kitchen tries too hard, and as a result there are too many intense dishes without a clear sense of progression in depth of flavour. The chef should relax, and plan a symphony without repeated tutti. There is real skill, but for the diner it is too demanding. The wine pairing should complement the food, and not simply echo it. Where there are strong flavours, the wine can offer light relief rather than amplification. Overall, the offering is vulgar rather than refined, from the blood pudding bouche amuse (we were not amused) onwards. Great skill without moderation can be tiring to the palate. A meal that felt too much like hard work.
