The food was just amazing. My husband and me had a splendid birthday dinner. A special appreciation for the service team. I recommend Rubicon for those who are looking for a private dining for your special days. That was too romantic as well with its warm ambience.

Our first dining experience at Rubicon. We were not disappointed. Service was exceptional and food delicious. Generous serves. The zucchini flowers were spot on and the duck, perfect.

Rubicon is just about the perfect restaurant. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, the wine menu is outstanding, and the customer service is first-class. The only variable is the ambience of the restaurant, and I say variable as this is a very personal thing based on what kind of dining experience you're looking for. If you want quiet, discrete or intimate then this is the place. If you're looking for a big atmosphere and lots of noise then you'll need to go to the Public Bar. Thanks for another great experience. Well done, Rubicon team.

The restaurant was beautiful intimate and warm. It had a simple elegance and the atmosphere was stylish and inviting. The staff made us feel welcome and waited on us beautifully, anticipating our needs. The food was incredible and layered with complimentary flavours. It was well worth the money!

We travelled from interstate for Floriade and did some research on the best restaurants in Canberra. We were not disappointed, the food was brilliant and the staff were very attentive, friendly. Do yourself a favour and visit if you are in town! We would definitely go back if we are in the area!

Excellent restaurant with lovely food, especially the Zucchini flowers, steak and cheesecake which was very non-traditional but amazingly good. Service was excellent and value was pretty good. Definitely recommended.

Always good when we go. I do wish there was a little bit more food on the plate. But the flavour is absolutely Devine. They also cater extremely well for a ceoleiac which is great.
