Great restaurant! Combo plater as starter, sirloin steak and chicken mushroom for mains - everything was delicious. Service was extremely attentive.

This was our 4th visit to the restaurant during our 10 day stay in Vilamoura so this reflects our views of all aspects of the restaurant. Customer service was to a high standard, we tried different food from the menu on each visit and all was top class. Top marks all round. Make sure to book online to get the 30% discount off food.

Ate here 5 nights out 7 on a recent holiday, fantastic food, fantastic service and carvery on Sunday evening was just the best.would return without a hesitation on next visit.

Lovely meal at a reasonable price

Found this from reviews on TripAdvisor, just a stones throw away from the marina, food and service were excellent, looking forward to returning again, as so impressed after our first visit.

If you’re expecting a posy fine dining experience then you will be disappointed, however if you are looking for some wholesome honest food at a reasonable price just off the main marina in what is an old pub/taverna style restaurant then you will be very satisfied. We loved it. Firstly very easy to book online and I put a special request in to sit outside on a nice table for Covid safety not expecting to be listened to considering it was a last minute booking (hour before) and they had saved us a good table outside away from other tables. It was a cold windy night for the algarve and so we actually then asked to move inside once and they were more than happy to oblige. The food was great. We had tricolour/caprese salads to start which were very tasty and also nice and light. We then all had fillet and ribeye steaks which were an absolute delight! Very tasty! The service was relaxed and so were we so we were happy. They responded to us quickly if we needed it but also left us to it which suited us. Very friendly staff working in masks the whole time so difficult working conditions but they were coping really well. There was a fun looking bar called Biddy Janes next door which had live singers outside. Added to the overall buzz on the little square where this is located. Overall it was a lovely meal in a down to earth restaurant in what is a pretty shallow and tacky Vilamoura marina just slightly away from the crowds.

Really good atmosphere! It's a good restaurant to have dinner. Unfortunately the pork tasted like microwave heated and dispite not having avocado for a dish we ordered they just served it without mentioning and we had to ask why it wasn't served.

This was a place with a man on the street herding customers in. I should have known better but out kids were not so keen on traditional Portuguese cuisine. Everything was just about OK. Marginal on value. Beef seemed well aged. You could do better

Excellent food and very good value. Ate in many restaurants in Villamora and Rui’s was one of the best . Chicken Skewers are a must , absolutely amazing and the steaks are great too , would certainly recommend this restaurant if you want quality without paying extortionate prices .

Great meal at great prices, lots of choice for everyone. Will be back next year
