Absolutely loved it here. Great range, we shared many dishes and all were amazing at really reasonable prices. Able to BYO also. There were 6 of us and we all had a lovely experience here.

Fantastic Persian food in Adelaide. We loved our food as it’s full of amazing flavours. Chicken kebab was succulent. The lamb and beef mince kebab was really tasty. The soup was so delicious that I wanted to learn how to make it. Overall we felt that we have travelled to someone’s home and had a great meal there.

Generous serves so even had a takeaway container for the leftovers. My wife makes her own eggplant dishes but said the meal was delicious and well balanced. The pitta bread was great and I enjoyed my lamb shank. We’ll be back.

food is exceptional ! service is friendly and nice . can’t wait to come back for the rumi soup and the fried dumplings ! they serve you a very generous portion too !

Great food and friendly service. The restaurant's decor is suitably Afghan giving you an authentic feel. The place was filled with Afghan diners which made the experience even more authentic. We will definitely return.

We all loved our meal at Rumi Palace. Greeted with a friendly smile on a arrival we sat down to choose from the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend.

Food was delicious - tasty and tender meat dishes, authentic entrees and mains, generous servings. Set menu was an excellent choice - good range of dishes. Entrees especially tasty as was eggplant and chicken. Friendly, helpful service. BYO was free in a restaurant that does not serve alcohol- much appreciated, especially given cultural practices. A great find. Very good value-2 entrees, 4 mains and desert for $40!

This was the first time I experienced the taste of Middle Eastern cuisine. Food was absolutely beautiful and tasty and gorgeously presented, lovely friendly service with a smile, I will definitely come here again with friends and family. : ))

Always amazing food - the best in South Australia. I have never had a mad meal here. We always get the best service and the food comes out so fast. Amazing value for money - we eat here all the time. We are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Mr Rumi! Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and the place was super relaxed. The food was FANTASTIC! Can’t wait to return! We had the veggie dumplings, lamb dumplings and some veggie curries to share. Excellent flavour and great value!

We had a great meal and the service was lovely. The lamb mantoo was absolutely delicious and so was the chicken curry! Loved all the food. My only feedback is that the main could’ve been a bigger serving.

Amazing food. It's so tasty! The family who own it go out of their way to help and are just lovely. I have recommended this restaurant to many friends and they all remarked on the quality of food. It's inexpensive for what you receive and deserves to go down as a great find. Congratulations to the owners.

Lunch for three. We shared eggplant, uzbeki lamb shank with rice, and the vegetarian fried dumplings. Fresh, delicious and wonderfully crafted. We used to go to their Norwood venue and had not visited their premises in Blair Athol before. The menu was more expansive and adventurous than we remembered. A real treat. Rice a standout. Friendly service and BYO catered for.

We were blown away by our experience at the Rumi Palace restaurant. The food was authentic Afghan food, perfectly prepared and so tasty. The service was very attentive and helpful. We couldn’t have hoped for more. We will definitely return.

Beautiful restaurant. The owners are really welcoming and warm and the food was superb. We ordered too much and took the rest home. Too good to leave...This was our first time at Rumi but we will definitely go back there again. The ambience was delightful. The menu was diverse and although we have eaten Afghani food before there were a few dishes we hadn't seen before. The vegetable rice was to die for. We will definitely return.

Nice food which our Afghani friend said was absolutely authentic. Not expensive. Full of Aghani families which spoke well of the place, and made for a nice atmosphere. No alcoholic drinks sold but you can BYO wine. The mantoos and kebabs are a highlight.
