We would not have found this restaurant without the help of The Fork. If you love fresh fish and local dishes I would recommend Sa Nansa. The chef will greet you and help you with your choice. We ourselves had a dinner reservation for 20:00 h but we were the first customers. The people in Ibiza tend to dine later in the evening. Apart from the great food I would also recommend to taste the local wine.

Genuine local food from the island, we had “Bullit de peix” and it was amazing, though the rice came (I guess accidentally) with salt far in excess. Worth a visit, but you must prepare your wallet for a more than 70 bill per person.

We had a lovely evening at Sa Nansa.. All the staff are really friendly, and the sea food is fresh and delicious. We had crayfish and monkfish paella and it was the best paella I have had.

Comida excelente, a destacar el "bullit de peix" con el arroz a banda que lo acompaña. El arroz Sa Nansa espectacular. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda en nuestra siguiente visita a la isla.

Very bad restaurant with rude staff and overpriced common food ENVIRONMENT: Was with my family, not a lot of people were there when we arrived which is strange for Ibiza in July. The restaurant design reminds of something from the 90s. The menu has good options for fish and rice dishes although some of them require you to preorder at least a day before which is inconvenient in my opinion. WINE: We asked if we could check the wines which at first did not seem like a problem for the waitress that was serving us, but after we tried our first bottle (with the other waiter in the restaurant) she came back and said that we couldn’t just try every wine. That made us not want to order anything to drink as she was very rude That been said the wine selection is also very bad and overpriced. FOOD: The dishes came after that and the waitress did not ask us if we wanted to drink anything anymore. I ordered a seafood paella which was okay, my brother ordered a white fish which was undercooked and under seasoned also garnished with these very soggy deep fried potatoes. The service wasn’t good, and a glimpse of hope appeared when the chef came to our table and asked how everything was. We said that everything was nice but the potatoes tasted like burned oil and he rudely answer trying to explain saying that that’s the way to prepare it and that it was correct. The plate was full of oil and the food pretty much tasteless. Would never recommend it and did not like it at all.
