10/10The white chocolate ganache is AMAZING. We shared the sea bass and chateaubriand and 3 star trees for 4 of us. Everything was delicious and the service on point. The live musician made the evening even more memorable.

5.5/10We arrived promptly at 8.30pm and although there were plenty of tables available we had to be shown 2 tables before we got one we liked but then had to ask them to turn down the loud music so we could actually talk. After ordering a fairly straight forward meal we waited over an hour for our starters and then nearly another hour for our main course despite several reminders that we wanted our food. No apologies were offered and the service was surly throughout. The location is lovely and the food was well presented when it came although nothing special. What should have been a lovely experience was spoilt by the slow service.

5.5/10Impressive setting, wonderful views, boasts high end silver service dining. Not visited for many years, it now seems to be capitalising on its famous name ownership and location in order to attract diners. Food disappointing, portions very ‘nouvelle cuisine’, small details lacking in accompaniments. Service impeccable at the start, neglectful as more diners appeared. Prices steep (and this from someone accustomed to superior London restaurants. Would not rush back there.

Urbanización Port Verd, 14, 07559, Cala Bona, Spain
Located in Port Verd, a small cove near Cala Bona, Sa Punta has become one of the gastronomic points of reference in Mallorca. The reasons for its success? An idyllic location by the sea, traditional Mediterranean cuisine, top quality local products and an award winning Chef.
Although the location is key, an important part of the popularity that Sa Punta has acquired is thanks to its award winning chef Andrés Moreno, who in 2018 was awarded in the prestigious national competition of pinchos and tapas of Valladolid, and who just a few days ago won the “Bronze Pincho” award. Andrés leads a team who work each day to delight diners thanks to the excellent preparation of the best meats of the comarca and fresh fish and shellfish from the east coast of Mallorca. Among diners' favourite dishes are chateaubriand cooked on a hot stone, salt baked wild sea bass, and saffron risotto with Mallorcan cured cheese.
