Found this little modern place. We took the 40€ tasting menu, and was amazed. Very high quality in ingredients, cooking and the visual serving. This restaurant is absolutely worth a visit if you're around. They do not have a wine pairing, but they made a good one for us when we asked. They hunt for a star. Think the food is at this level already. It's not expensive. One of the highest value for money we have ever visited.

We just got home from a fantastic dinner at Sacha. The service was the best we have EVER had and the food was equally wonderful. From the moment we walked through the door, everything was PERFETTO. A shrimp welcome dish, pulpo, grouper, risotto with truffle and prawns; the presentation was like art and the taste was a masterpiece. The chefs let the ingredients speak for themselves, and everything was perfectly cooked. It was also nice to see the chefs preparing the dishes through the open kitchen. Simply delicious experience at Sacha, with a great price point . Go! You won’t be disappointed

Thisis a really recommended restaurant with excellent food, very good wine and an nice and pleasant ambiente -and fora reasonable price - best restaurant we have found yet while our stay in Sicily. Thanks a lot to the chefs of this restaurant. Michael, Sofia and Bryan
