A lovely, elegant dining room with very good food BUT, the service was non-existent! My husband had to wait at least 15mins for his cocktail (Vodka) & then they only brought 1 main dish instead of 2! I sat in front on my finished main dish plates while my husband waited about 20 mins for his main course to appear. The waiters are untrained, rude & arrogant, very sad for such a lovely dining room & food. It’s the worse service we’ve EVER experienced in nearly 40 years! The owner should have trained staff for such an establishment.

Good morning. It is an honor to have received you at Ermita Madre de Dios. We are sorry that you had to wait a few minutes to receive the requested service, it was due to a misunderstanding caused by the language, they ordered only 1 plate of lamb shank, when you wanted 2. As for the vodka, we inform you that our room service had to travel to the warehouse to offer you the requested brand, it is not a popular vodka, which is why it was not in the restaurant but we chose to make the trip to attend to your request.
