5.5/10It’s a nice venue. But we were offered the neck and cheeks only of the fish. Nothin else! The waiter said they didn’t get fresh fish that day. So, why not just say there is no fresh fish.

10/10This basque restaurant was a very nice surprise to find in my city! The food is very good, they have many different options but the speciality is the Xuletón, if you go there you should go for the meats. The service was also very friendly, they really care about you and try to give you a good experience by giving suggestions and sometimes having a bit of conversation, and if you're a good customer you might get a chupito at the end haha. The only downside I see is that the meats are bit expensive regarding the rest of the menu. Other than that, I will return there :)

9.5/10This is a repeat visit to the restaurant and still the atmosphere and the food is very good. Only difference this time is the fact that the restaurant seems to be understaffed and it might take some time to get to your table and they place you in a holding pattern. I would still highly recommend the place for tapas upstairs and dinner downstairs.

8.5/10The table was not ready at the scheduled time. We were told to wait 10-15 min and drinks were offered free of charge while we waited. Food was good. Service was professional but slow and in some cases, lacking people and/or attention. In the end price seems a little bit excessive. Also, the free of charge drinks, were charged in the end. Unfortunately I have only noticed it after having left the restaurant.

6.5/10Great atmosphere and lovely service. We went because it was recommended for its meat. We ordered a steak, which was tough. The starters were good and the sides were good, but the centrepiece steak was really tough. Let the whole place down. Nice ambiance and friendly staff. Knocked 20% off the steak - would have preferred tender steak.

9/10I loved the service and the place itself. Everyone spoke perfect English and was nice but not too nice, as sometimes happens with tourists. I had a yum discount and it was on the bill. The basque cuisine is specific, you may not like all the dishes, but one has to appreciate the chef. Quite extensive card. Delicious bread and looots of wine to choose from.

10/10Being my first experience in a more “high end” type of restaurant, it was awesome. It was kind of intimidating at first because me and my wife are not used to this kind of restaurants. However the waitress was quick to realize it and helped us and guided us through the complete evening. The food was just incredible and everyone was very kind to us. I have honestly no negative comments to leave here.

5/10Great atmosphere but our food was tasteless, awful, some kind of unflavored lard on bread, sausage on bread, potato quiche on bread was the tastiest. We switched to the full menu after realizing the tapas were mostly bread. We had the seafood soup, hake and clams and the mushroom croquettes all were awful. We spent €180 for an unsatisfying meal.

9/10The stake was superior. We were put in the downstairs part of the restaurant which is more cozy and has character. Waiter was super attentive and explained the differences between meats very credibly in English. Great experience was accompanied by great wine by glass

5.5/10We couldn't understand the servers and they couldn't understand us. It was very noisy and they didn't speak Portuguese. Food was not great for what we paid for. Maybe only the Vaca velha is worth it. The other dishes are not that good
