9.5/10This restaurant is really nice, mainly a steakhouses restaurant. The sit-down restaurant is on the second floor, as the first floor is mainly a bar with high chairs and tables. The steaks are really good and well prepared. We had steak and white tuna. The steak was so much better. The white tuna was too well done even though we asked them to cook it just rare. Anyway, it's a very good restaurant and highly recommended.

8.5/10We were on a Friday night, it was busy but we had a perfect round table for the five of us right by the window which we reserved one day before. Appetizers were very good, perfect cooked whole fish. The meat, a Bistecca 1000g was well presented but unfortunately the meat not stored long enough, it was quite chewy. Overall still a memorable evening, would go again.

5/10I feel the staff were rude. When asked about the 6 course tasting menu, I got told it’s 6 courses. I specifically asked about the cheese course, no description, it’s cheese. This was not a language barrier, staff spoke very good English. No staff came and asked through the meal if everything was ok. No staff smiled. The food was served with no correspondence or explanation. We ordered one glass of wine and 2 full bottles were left on the table which was off putting. When stated we only want one glass, they stated this is procedure! The staff all looked very sad, like they did not want to be there and we were an inconvenience.

8/10I like all Sagardi’s restaurants though they start to look a bit like chain stores :) You just know the food will be okay and the service good, but you can’t expect surprises. So it was as expected - the service fine, food great as always, the place is beautiful with amazing view. It would be nice to have a personal touch like one waiter serving you and asking if you like it and if everything is all right. I loved both Tagomago and Sagardi Centro and I will be back.

9/10Great vibe and service. Unsure the portion sizes and the staff could have helped out as we ended up with too much. The meat was too salty. Great wine and basque cider !

10/10This restaurant has a very beautiful view, the food is amazing and defenetly they are home of wines, assortment is huge. The staff is realy good, everyone speak english which is gives a hight level. Recomend this place and I’ll definetly come back

9/10Great restaurant, excellent food, good service. Very good staff, always in control of the service for each diner. From where I was sitting I could see the chef on the grill, giving great attention to everything he cooked, seasoning all the time. Well worth a visit , thoroughly recommend.

Sagardi Valencia Centro se encuentra ubicado en plena arteria principal de la ciudad que da su nombre; entre la Catedral, el Ayuntamiento y el Mercado Central en un edificio de alto valor histórico protegido por el Patrimonio Cultural. El concepto de este restaurante está basado en las antiguas tabernas vascas, dividido en dos ambientes: la barra de pintxos con más de 80 variedades y el restaurante-asador cuyo atractivo principal es la parrilla al carbón de encina y a la vista de los clientes. Dentro de la ambientación de Sagardi Valencia Centro, están las kupelas de sidra desde las cuales el cliente puede servirse directamente, sin que nada impida su goce y disfrute. ¿A qué esperas? ¡Haz tu reserva ahora! Este restaurante es conocido desde hace años como el gran referente de la cocina vasca en Valencia. En su planta baja podemos disfrutar de los clásicos pintxos donostiarras acompañados de una cerveza fresquita (y muy bien tirada, por cierto). La cara de felicidad de los clientes cuando los camareros van pasando los montaditos calientes no tiene precio. En la planta alta está el comedor, presidido por la parrilla de carbón de encina, donde hay que sentarse a disfrutar del chuletón de vaca rubia gallega porque no hay uno igual en todo Valencia. Y, aunque las carnes a la parrilla mandan, no hay que olvidarse de los postres porque están para chuparse los dedos. Recuerda que los pinchos te los cobran al final contando los palillos. ¡Guárdalos todos!
