Last time I had a guided tour within the menu with dishes and different kinds of sake to match all the plates. Now the choice is completely left to the customer and I had to ask for different sakes. Everything is indeed super but as an experience I prefer the first one made one year ago.

Too expensive for what they serve. We were four and took 4 menus of 7 courses ( very small dishes ) + 4 bottles of water and we paid 300 euros. I asked to change the dessert because I do not like pannacotta ( included in the selected menu) but they did not let me do that. No flexibility at all with clients. I am also going home with a terrible stomach ache. Definitely not worthy, even is the restaurant itself is quite nice.
