I had an unexpectedly great dinner and wine yesterday. I hesitated to book this place because there aren’t many reviews of this place. Hope this review is helpful because I regret that I haven’t come here earlier! I had Cod tartare, fried octopus, vongole pasta and cacio pepe with red shrimp. They were all very good!!!! Especially cacio pepe.. I wanted to have one more time. Sunchoke puree for octopus dish could be seasoned a little bit more. Wine pairing was also very nice but more white wine list could be better.

Great food but service was very slow… one hour for a bowl of pasta to arrive and it was not busy. Despite this the food was lovely, even if over priced.

The dishes were excellent but the service was bad, the waitress seemed clueless, they told us one dish in the menu was finished, then ended up serving it to only one of us saying in fact they had it, they told us to move our table while we were eating.

Owned by two local brothers, food was excellent. If you are looking for a taste of true Italian, and a break from the typical tourist trap pizza and pasta, then this is the place. Expect to take your time as dining is is traditional multi course, and every dish made from scratch to order. Excellent experience of local Florence cuisine and highly recommend.

Care Signore...Grazie ...grazie...e ancora grazie....non possiamo credere di meritarci così' tanto dopo così' poco tempo dalla nostra apertura... ma siamo veramente felici di ricevere commenti di questo tipo perché' ci danno la carica per cercare di migliorare ancora tante piccole cose e di fare questo mestiere... molto duro...vi garantisco....con grande passione ed entusiasmo. grazie di cuore.. vi aspettiamo dal 28 agosto per degustare il nostro nuovo menu' cordialmente Lorena Cherici / project manager
