    Amazing restaurant! Food, service and wine was exceptional. Luigi the chef/owner was great and food presentation and service also perfect. And, they provided transportation for us after dinner back to our hotel. Look forward to returning.

    Fabulous family owned restaurant with wonderful food. Amazing the head chef picked us up and dropped us back to our hotel what service. You must try it out also has a cookery school

    Food was very good. The service was not at all good. Long waits to get staff attention. An unfriendly attitude on the part of our server. A friendly chef who made good suggestions, but a little aggressive in his recommendations; also made unwelcome comments about how a group of 4 women might get boyfriends.

    Just as good as 4 years ago. Excellent clams as starter and Best pasta with blue lobster i’ve had ???? we were sitting inside because of the rain so a bit hot.

    Great time! We got the tasting menu and all of the items were very enjoyable. Chef and staff were all so nice and they closed the deal with a personalized ride home (completely unexpected). Really great restaurant and wonderful people.

    Chef Luigi is passionate about the food he prepares. We greatly enjoyed the food and the ambience. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

    We took a cooking class 2 years ago and we couldn’t wait to get back for a meal. Everything was great and Luigi & his staff were delightful. Highly recommend this ristorante and cooking class.

    My wife had to send her supposed local fish dish back, the arrogant waiter just said sorry no offer of an alternative dish. We refused to pay for the dish which developed into an argument with the restaurant owner in front of a table of other guests. We eventually left paying only for the food consumed A shocking restaurant that also offers cooking classes perhaps the chef needs to take one.

    Hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had; if not the best.⁣ ⁣ Every dish was exquisitely plated. Every ingredient perfectly complimented the others. Every dish built onto the others. And the wine pairings? Perfect.⁣ ⁣ The thing that makes this place even better is the chef, Luigi Gandola. He’s personable. He’s passionate. He’s remarkable at what he does. It’s obvious from the second he introduces himself that he genuinely loves what he does.⁣.

    It is an expensive restaurant, so you would expect spotless service. The staff was fine, although some of them seemed rather inexperienced (did not serve you from the right side, wrong coffee were served, forgot one was vegetarian, already when serving the appetizer). The food was nice, although you could expect more for the price given. Wine were delicious.

    Nice setting with an open kitchen. Flavours were good but I felt for the price, not exceptional. The scallops and lobster were unfortunately overcooked. Desserts were the highlight of the meal. The tiramisu and triple chocolate soufflé were very well made.

    There were many things I loved about this restaurant but the negatives ended up outweighing the positives. Lack of attention by the staff, likely due to a large party led to dishes not served at the ideal temperature and a constant wait for more water. Even though there was a large party seated near us there were other empty tables. If all the tables were full I’m not sure they would have been able to handle it. In the end, I would recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience but, for the cost, I would have expected a more attentive experience.
