10/10I really loved everything about this place. First of all location, the most beautiful gardens, calmness, pool. The restaurant have atmosphere that you are like in a movie. Small and cozy. There is no music just nature sounds, and people talking. Everything that evening was chatting in very romantic way, no one is creaming. Just laughing and discussing probably life. The staff was very friendly and in a good family kind of mood. I really liked the energy. It’s always so nice when someone is asking how was your day first and then how was your food. And talking about the food. Perfect. Every bit. It’s really been long time I ate such a freshly cooked food. It felt soo good. We ate bao, ham with bread, carrots, tuna tartare, sea bass. It was perfect combination of flavors and textures. And for dessert we got cheesecake, perfect! Must try this place! Romantic vibes. Coming back next year.

10/10Wow. Fantastic. Hidden gem. Must go. Had the beef short rib for main which was sublime. Girlfriend had the cod - also fantastic. Waiter was amazing - 5***** across the board.

9/10Salvia restaurant is a little pretentious and cold but the food is very good ( expensive for small portions) but really tasty and quiet fabulous. The service is good, the manager is really nice but the place is a little (very) cold and a bit pretentious.

3.5/10The food is too expansive for the quality, too much salt in my food et over grilled… we don’t finish to eat that the server come to clear the table… we have commanded a sparkling water but they bring a still water… the server presented the food and go before the end of his speach… the hotel is perhaps a luxury place but not the restaurant… for the price there are much better restaurants where we live in France…

The restaurant is a bit outside of the city, but is very beautiful and has a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The food was delicious and well prepared. The staff was very friendly. The waiter we had didn't know much english, which wasn't bad, but our table neighbours had one, who spoke fluently and was ablr to describe the food and tell the story about the restaurant better.

10/10I must say that eating at Salvia was a wonderful experience. This was the best meal we have had as a family of six on the island this summer. Absolutely delicious food, beautiful quiet setting and attentive service. Such a nice evening. Expensive but what a pleasant surprise. Do try the onion flower and the carrot starter. Amazing! The sea bass and entrecôte mains were outstanding too. And do not miss the strawberry cheesecake dessert - it was a masterpiece.

9/10The setting is spectacular: an old finca turned into a modern oasis of calm. The swimming pool leading to the main entrance of the hotel is absolutely stunning. You eat outside overlooking grass and lavender fields in a rural setting. We first enjoyed a Coktail in the garden which was not cheap, the salmonetes de formentera were fresh and the olhreras desert (French toast with honey and caramel ) was amazing. It is not cheap but very special.
