We found Sanus pre covid. My daughter has dietary requirements and finding this little gem of a restaurant is a regular visit when we come to Fuerteventura Correlejo now. The food is fresh , the choice food is delicious, and the service is perfect.

This is probably the best restaurant in Fuerteventura! Food was great, all gluten free with lost of vegan choices alongside more traditional dishes, and attention to customers' intolerances and allergies. I really have to congratulate the chef for the creativity, most of the recipes were original and experimental! My partner and I went more than once, as they literally left us with the feeling to try more dishes from the menu. Customer service was excellent, we were welcomed very kindly and friendly. Great care and attention to the customer's needs. Super highly recommended!

Such a find, I didn’t think I’d be able to come on holiday and come to a 100% gluten free restaurant. Was lovely being able to order anything from the menu. Delicious food and great service!

Lovely small restaurant tucked away off the Main Street. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There are lots of gluten free and vegetarian options. The fried goats cheese with tomato jam was delicious. Highly recommended ????

First time at this restaurant, booked for a friends birthday as he is Vegan and he absolutely loved the food and experience, as did I ❤️ it’s my first time eating Vegan, the Spinach patties and hummus were incredible and the vegan paella was melt in the mouth wonderful xxx we received a warm welcome from all the staff, Yari our waitress was fantastic and attentive and we will be back soon ❤️????❤️

I have been going to Sanus for a number of years now and loved it every time - I have now enjoyed all of the menu ....... the only thing I think would improve it is possibly a 'specials board' for those of us who have experienced the whole menu so that there is something new to look forward to trying.

It was our 49th anniversary and we had been here previously in 2017 and the food was very good. So we planned to visit the restaurant for our anniversary on the 27/4/23 the food again was very good as was everything service staff etc We hope to have time to visit again before we leave, or we will when we return in the future. We advise you to make a reservation for this location

Great service, great food…the clams, artichokes, fried octopus, fried goats cheese, raw tuna & wine were all excellent…would highly recommend eating here.
