I had an extraordinary dining experience at Sapio. The surprise menu was a delightful showcase of culinary artistry, featuring impeccably sourced ingredients and inventive presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff elevated the experience and made the dining even more amicable. Overall, it was a memorable and enchanting evening, making this restaurant a true gem in Catania.

We were a group of nine and very much enjoyed the quality of the food and the excellent service. We got „value for money“ which can not be taken for granted. The restaurant is certainly a beacon in Catania and we can very much recommend a visit!!!

We opted for the surprise menu. The portion was quite generous so that we were quite stuffed midway through the meal and could not fully enjoy the last two courses. The staff were very friendly but the service was a bit slow. We ended up spending more than three and a half hours for the meal. I understand we chose the surprise menu but had hoped they could give us some clues.
