It's difficult to find a "normal" place to eat in Taormina now and this is one of those rare places. The locals still eat here, the prices are not inflated and the food is good. Adil always remembers you and makes you feel like a guest in his home. Don't queue outside second rate restaurants to be treated like a number, go to this place.

Super cute restaurant near Porta Messina gate where people watching is fun. Food was excellent! Ordered grilled prawns and cacio e pepe, both were cooked to perfection and delicious.

We have enjoyed this quaint restaurant so much, we have dined here 7 of the 10 nights in Taormina. It's just the perfect Italian restaurant. ???? The staff is super friendly and they really make you feel welcomed and appreciate your business.

The position of the restaurant is a bit off putting, it's next to a busy road, but don't let that put you off, it's a brilliant restaurant. The service is great, very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, with a great choice of many different dishes. I'd say it's a hidden gem in Taoramina. Well worth visiting!

We ordered a pizza, calamari and fritto misto. All food was good but what was really exceptional was desert, the tartufo di pistacchio. We were sitting outside. The restaurant is on a busy road and only a short distance from a bus stop. I recommend sitting inside, since at times the smell of fuel was a bit overwhelming. Service was very good, staff attentive and very friendly despite being very busy. We were also offered a complimentary limoncello at the end of the meal. Will definitely visit again when I return to Taromina.

It was our 2nd dinner at Sapori di mare in our 1 week stay.. Everything was really good. This was our last dinner at Taormina, we were quite full after a week of over indulgence, so we opted for a 1 course meal. A bruschetta was gently offered on the house, I opted for the zuppa di pesce, the portion was huge and tasted like home. My partner had agnello con patate a carote (lamb with potatoes and carrots), whilst my son had a pasta all Oglio, aglio e peperoncino. Cuore caldo al cioccolato e tartufo di pistacchio for dessert were exceptional. Good food together with a gentle, welcoming service with a smile, where you don't feel a number, make this place our favourite restaurant in Taormina. Will definitely return on our next visit. The food is delicious. Our group of 6 ate at Sapori’s 4 times during our stay in Toarmina. Some of the best food we had during our 3 weeks in Italy. The owner is so hospitable it was like eating in your own home. All of us highly recommend this Sapori di Mare.

Absolutely delicious food! Great selection of sea food, pasta, and pizza! Very welcoming and smiley staff! We came back for dinner already 2 times so that already tells you a lot. Highly recommended!
