5.5/10The waitress wasn't client-focused, the service was abrupt and charmless. Plus the booking made with The Fork was meant to have 40% reduction but this wasn't taken into account in the final bill.

9.5/10Not our first time here but Sapristi never disappoints. The Menu Gourmand is excellent value for money and the portion size ample. Good choice of wines and cocktails. Very welcoming staff and not overbearing when at our table. Highly recommended.

8/10The place seemed understaffed. It took over 30 minutes for someone to take our order and after 3 hours we had only had a starter and main course. The food was fantastic, though, and the person in charge offered a free digestive as compensation.

8/10The food was great, the cocktails were terrible, and feedback somehow not accepted, we couldn't drink the cocktail and were charged nevertheless, these small gestures if fixed for later would make the place an expectational experience. (feedback should be well received by the crew and acted upon)
