    Me and my husband had a fantastic dinner at Savarin La Table in Paris. Not only the all dishes were delicious also the personality of chef is really gentle and friendly and his sister supported for perfect service at the table, always with beautiful smile.     Truly an unbelievable experience for us educators from San Francisco. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. I had written a note when making the reservation that we’d love a seat by the window and that it was my wife’s birthday. Both were honored and the woman who waited on us had emailed me earlier in the day to confirm. Her brother is the chef and the two of them were amazing. They each conversed with us, explained each dish, took a picture with us, and brought my wife a complimentary glass of champagne for her birthday while eating dessert. We had the tasting menu and it was five dishes (primarily seafood) including dessert. All were delicious! We highly recommend this place, not just for the food, but the experience!

    Really lovely restaurant. Food was superb and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Took time to chat about the dishes and made a real effort. Lots of locals so felt like it is a great part of the neighbourhood. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

    Excellent meal! A lot of food, left very full. Was surprisingly quiet, but the area was not very tourist heavy and many Parisians seemed to be on vacation. Would definitely return!

About the restaurant

Vietnamienne d’origine et de naissance, HLiza Ayun est arrivée en France en 1999, et a directement posé ses valises à Paris.

Fraîchement diplômée et prête à entrer dans la vie active, HLiza commence sa carrière de pâtissière au sein de belles adresses telles que Senderens, Lutetia, Ledoyen, Le Speakeasy, Citrus Etoile, Hélène Darroze et l’Hotel Maria Cristina (Saint Sébastien) . Elle gravit rapidement des échelons et devient cheffe de partie et puis Cheffe pâtissière.

Né à Béziers, Mehdi Kebboul . Apres avoir appris son métier au restaurant de son village (Le Château de Lignan 1* Michelin), Mehdi posé ses valises en Thaïlande, puis en Australie avant de revenir en France où il officie au Bristol (3* Michelin) puis lance le Bistrot Mericourt à Paris 11.

En 2017, le jeune couple a saisi l’opportunité de s’installer à son propre compte à Paris, près des Invalides.

Hliza et Mehdi se voient alors créer un lieu à leur image à mi chemin entre un restaurant et un appartement. Le service se fait par eux même (maison de cuisiniers).

On entre chez eux comme on entre chez des amis.


Le restaurant travaille à 85% de produits de la mer et ne fait pas de menu végan, végétariens, ou menu sans produits de la mer (poissons et crustacés).
