Absolutely delicious!! The beef/veal/chicken fondue was amazing, and the cheese fondue was also great. Sophia and our entire service crew were wonderful—accommodating and friendly—thank you!!!

The food quality was good. The ambiance was good. Serving personnel were friendly, but we did not feel well attended to. Ran out of water with the appetizers, and I had to choke down an entire pot of hot cheese with bread and potatoes with no beverage despite our attempts to summon attention. Would not return, but this may just be an isolated experience.

Super dîner. Super food. Super ambiance. Sad that the wine card has only expensive wine when we know that wine is not that expensive in France, Italy, Spain… But behind the wine price, everything was perfect !

The cheese fondue was fun. The chocolate fondue was disappointing in what was served with it. While the chocolate was amazing, the fruit served with it was disappointing. Would prefer strawberries and bananas.

This restaurant is a tourist trap for unsuspecting foreigners who do not know better. Their food is average at best. The service is disastrous and the female maitre d should not be in the hospitality industry at all. Stay away if you can! There are other restaurants who serve authentic fondue elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the temperature in the restaurant was extremely warm making the experience almost unbearable. The food was good. As a big group of 10, we were forced to take a fixed menu which was more food than we needed and was not good value for the money spent. They even charged us for tap water.

We had a wonderful meal and experience. The staff, food and ambiance were fantastic. If you have the chance to go there you should. It is a lot of fun and you’ll love all the food.

An enjoyable evening with the family. The service was superb. The food was good but not exceptional. We would have appreciated ability to order a single fondue dinner so we could divide our choice amongst the five of us.

SayCheese was a great intro to Zermatt dining. We had a reservation at 1830 and the restaurant was slowly filling up, by 1900 it was full! Service was great, ambience 10/10. Would highly recommend!

Tasty fondue! It only comes with bread and potatoes, so make sure you order extras if you want them--we got the veggie plate and some sausage, which was needed to fill out the meal. The toblerone fondue was a great dessert!

Saycheese serves the classic Cheese Fondue in a couple of variations. The food is as expected, oke without being special. The service at the table is below the level one would expect as a restaurant of this hotel. The wine is priced at a too high level. All in all an average experience.

The green salad was awful, bitter and sour. We ordered dried meat but they served us dried sausage and charged us two additional dishes we didn’t order. Cheese fondue was excellent. My two cents.. just order cheese and wine.

The restaurant was great! Food was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the Toblerone fondue for dessert. The staff were kind and recommended very nice wines to pair with our meal.

Delicious Fondue and excellent service! Definitely worth a trip when you visit Zermatt. Be sure to make reservations when you visit, it’s so good they stay busy!
