The food was quite mediocre, nothing special. The atmosphere was fairly standard, nothing that stood out. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price—definitely not worth the cost.

We go out to eat a lot and were really looking forward to try this restaurant, it looks so fantastic at the top floor of the hotel. To start with, the music was too loud, it was difficult to have a comfortable conversation at the table. Your waitresses had difficulties hearing us as well, or maybe understanding, they seemed to have difficulties with both french and english. After ordering our food, the waiting time was exceedingly long, nearly one hour. One of the dishes was 1/2 lobster with linguine, but it was really linguine with a small langoustine. The sashimi were ordered with some rice on the side, unfortunately the rice arrived only when the sashimi were nearly finished. And instead of sushi rice, which one would expect, we were served steamed rice. All in all, the quality of the food was only mediocre and the service quite unsatisfactory, and in general totally overpriced for what was offered. We can by no means recommend this place.

The quality of food wasn’t too bad but everything was extremely slow. Had seem multiple customers stepping out / cancelling their orders while getting tired to wait - we also canceled few due to it taking too long

maybe a small change - Wine glasses could be nicer - cutlery lovely water glasses lovely - wine glasses look cheap & not fancy enough for this gorgeous setting White wine could have been chilled more or have pre chilled glasses

The ambience is unmatched, beautiful elegant rooftop views of Nice. Food options are limited, service is very very slow. Not sure if it's the kitchen or they need more servers, it takes about an hour+ to get your food. I have now been twice same thing for length of time for food and about 20-minutes before the first contact after seated.

The restaurant is beautiful and the view is really breathtaking but when we were seated it took the staff about 20 mins to take our drink order. About half an hour in, we asked if we could see two menus as none were provided from the start. Our drinks took a long time to get refilled, our plates an even longer time to get cleared, no one asked us how the food was or if we needed anything. This lack of care continued throughout the night. For a restaurant that is quite expensive, unfortunately the service was very disappointing and made the whole experience a lot less enjoyable.

I was expecting a nice view of Nice and the surrounding area, but our experience at SEEN blew us away! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the ambiance (different areas allowed for quiet conversation or more energetic celebrations, depending on where you sat), varied and imaginative menu selections and very reasonable prices. I look forward to my next visit!

When we walked in we were realy impressed by the view and location. We made a reservation but first of all they could not find our reservation. After 5 minutes we were guided to our table. We ordered 3 glasses of champagne but no explaining with this and paying 23€ for 1 glass, which was half a normal glass?? We asked some questions about the menu but then the waiter gave us a comment if this was our first time in a restaurant and acted very rude. We started our diner anyway but we order sushi and we got it without anything (wasabi, soy,ginger), the foi gross was old and definitely not fresh. We were afraid to finish it because of the structre and smell. The vitello was ok but for the quality we were expacting not up to standersd . We ordered some wine aswell and the bottle was brought to the table to open, still finishing our champagne. They opened it without again the explanation or to dubble check if it was the right bottle For main we ordered the truffle linguin which again was really disappointing because of the flavours. Also, reserved at 21:00 and they told us that the kitchen would close at 22:00????? We received the check with the maincourse still on the table and gave some cash, but our waiter decided to keep the change without checking with us?? Long story short, beautiful location but definitely not up to standards for a 5 star hotel. We really looked forward to it and to enjoy our night but it was very disappointing
