Atmosphere and service ok Mariscos Paella with Bogavante: too dry, rice dominant and not enough fish , not enough flavor

Mr. Paol, first of all, thank you for your constructive comment. However, the Spanish paella is a dry dish, but this does not mean that for its taste it could still be made a little creamier, as already specified in our menu, we have another creamier skin called arroz, in which the rice is cooked in a pot, in which the final result would be creamier, and not in a Valencian pan where it would be drier, and as for the little fish, we could make it richer next time. I hope u will also come back to taste other dishes and I am sure that next time we will convince her with paella. Gracias!!
