The curry was from the microwave, so it tasted good but nothing special. The service was very quick and very positive. The restaurant was very clean. Basically I wish all restaurants could be more like this one.

This was our second visit. The food on the first, just the evening before, was stunning, full of flavour, very professionally presented and importantly served hot. You could not fault it. On this second visit, for some inexplicable reason our starter was presented colder than it should have been, twice. However, the staff were as baffled as we were and 100% sincerely apologetic and resolved the matter in a very professional manner. The remainder of the meal was, as the evening, before very good. We enjoyed two breakfasts during our stay. The selection was extensive, inviting, well presented and efficiently replenished. From our experiences, every member of staff, without exception was welcoming, conscientious, extremely polite and very professional.

Nice if a bit bland dining room but very relaxing, Food was the mother's day menu and we were not disappointed. Staff was nice but getting their attention was a bit harder than it should be. The large terrace looks promising for warmer days.

We hadn’t realised that the Mediterranean restaurant was even there. It’s situated in a lovely setting and the atmosphere is really positive yet relaxed and warm. The food for our family of eight, was of very high quality, with variety of choice. We would definitely come again and recommend it to other people. We will book again!

We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant's ambience and the staff and service were very good. Our only disappointment was the fact that 3 of us would have had the Steak and Ale pie to be told it was not available.

It was a great experience! Highly recommend, 5 star service , feel very welcomed and the afternoon tea is fantastic! ! The chief has specially made us an afternoon tea with 100% nuts free !

It took a while for the food to arrive: we were served hot drinks (is tea and coffee) promptly but these went cold by the time the food eventually came. The actual tea blend for their regular tea was disappointing, however the food quality made up for this - the sandwiches were freshly made and moist.

The resuarant was clean and organised with safety in mind. The food was basic , but we are in the grip of COVID restrictions. Inicialy the service was very good with attention to our needs in a friendly and proffesional manner but after they had checked that everything was well with the main no one came to check if we wanted extra drinks/ coffee. etc.
