Really cosy place and great food! Also served in a very nice plates. It was a bit too cold at 17, when they just opened, but warmed up at some point.

Authentic food with a great ambiance. The friendly staff and the special attention given to us are makable. Given that this is the only Kerala restaurant in the Copenhagen region, it stands out.

Amazing food and really friendly staff. This was the only genuine Kerala cuisine I could find in whole of Scandinavia. This is on behalf of my wife and two other Danes who share the same opinion.

Reservation for: Two The Food: Paratha, beef fry, thatte dosha and chutneys, along with grilled prawns, ending with a Payasam that was amazing! The Gunpowder beef - uff what a flavour! He asked us how spicy we wanted it, so with One missing home food and the other a Viking - we settled with "Indian Medium Spicy". These guys were spot on :) I took one bite and memories of home flashed by. My Viking politely ordered a mango juice but polished the food down none the less! The Service: Reminded me more of home with friendly smiles, warm, attentive and spoke fluent danish as well :) The Decor: A touch of Kerala with traditional paintings and artifacts, balanced with simple Danish elements - Hygge...very Hygge. Bottom Line: We are definitely going back with an aim to try every dish they can churn out. It was a valentines dinner that brought happy tears to my eyes! Bless the entire team at "Shaap" for giving me such an authentic experience albeit oceans away from home. It was - Adi Poli! ;)

Lovely service and delicious food!

Went there with my friend for dinner. Food was great, very friendly service and nice interior decorations. Highly recommend. You will enjoy the Kerala taste.
