Had a wonderful experience dining at this lovely location. The food was super tasty, the service very friendly and swift, the portions large and enjoyed the Libanese white wine. Absolutely recommend and will visit again.

While finding good food in Amsterdam is hard, Sham West never disappoints, every dish is so good. It’s definitely one of the best restaurants in Amsterdam.

Quality and quantity were both excellent. The food was unusually presented and very enjoyable. The owners are clearly passionate and proud of what they serve and it shows in the results. Thoroughly recommended.

Great food with great service. Definitely recommend. You will get amazed by Syrian food. The staff is also friendly. Mazas and mail courses are insane.

This is a nice find off the tourist paths. Sham is a neighborhood Syrian restaurant with pleasant, attentive staff, good flavors and excellent presentation, and a good variety of beverages. Get a side of veggies to balance the meat & rice plates, and you'll be in good shape.

We enjoyed and excellent lunch with some amazing Mezza followed by falafels and charcoaled shish taouk. The friendly service, generous portions, fabulous flavours, and quiet neighbourhood led to a wonderful dining experience.

Authentic food! The portions are nice and fulfilling. The staff is friendly and helpful. I went there a couple of times and will definitely go again and recommend it to friends.
