We went for the lunch menu. Really excellent. A number of different dishes, quite different and all really very fine, well presented and very tasteful. Probably the best Chinese cuisine in Paris. Service at the very high Shangri La level.
Since the restaurant is at the lower level, there are no windows, but the atmosphere is really relaxing Zen. A great experience.

The lunch menu (48 euros) is very small plates of fairly tasteless Chinese Cantonese dishes. Wine by the glass is very expensive.

It was a pity that the oven was broken. We couldn't have the roasted food. We were expecting the Beijing Duck.

Food was decent/passable Cantonese cuisine at best, floored that this is considered Michelin quality - if that is the case, there must be thousands (if not more) around the world that are more worthy. Pick a random Cantonese cafe around Hong Kong, China, LA, or NYC and they will best this joint in terms of taste and value. Good service, that’s about all that was memorable. Really unfortunate.

The service was excellent. The explanation of meals was comprehensive. Is the taste of meal a little arranged in European style? It's OK, but for me it looked a bit different from the one I had in Shang-hai, Hongkong, and Tokyo. Anyway, I really enjoyed dinner. Thank you very much.

This is a fancy restaurant but many of the asian guest were wearing touring clothes and not "good" clothes. The peking duck 1st course was "carved" in the kitchen and much of the skin still had a good deal of fat. The second course, though, was one of the best. The duck was minced with pine nuts and sauce. It was great. My family member had a tasting meal and it was 'ok" - NOT a 1 star M meal.

The wine was good, but VERY overpriced. The service was great.

I would not return. There are much better chinese restaurants in Paris
