I've made a reservation for Christmas Dinner. Which I was looking forward to after a few hours of driving.. Upon my arrival in Bolzano, I called to confirm my booking & I was told the app didn't work well with their booking system, the restaurant didn't receive my reservation. If the company knows the app didn't work well, it shouldn't get customers to make booking through it. Utterly disappointed!
