After our first visit today we, as a family were really impressed. The service, the food & the whole experience was fantastic! The whole menu was explained in full detail of what was what & recommendations. This restaurant is a vibe for all. friends, families/date day & nights & business. I can honestly say the customer service & welcome we received was one of the best we’ve experienced ever. Run, don’t walk!!

It was third time we went and unfortunately it was quite disappointing. Service was good until it get to paying. Couldn’t get attention to ask for the recepit, it took 20 mins. If it comes to the mains, we ordered 3 ramens. For us pasta is the heart of it all this time in all three pasta

This is THE PLACE for good ramen! It’s a little pricy (compared to other ramen places) but totally worth the cost for the quality. They have some good veggie/vegan options too. Try the Spicy Takoyaki - it’s a must have, every time.

Always have been a shoryu fan. Could have been exemplary but this branch is not very tidy. The floor is sticky. Also, I didn’t like that one of the staff tried to get the bowls even of we’re still eating.

The personnel is really lovely, the atmosphere is really cozy and the food is amazingly delicious. The menu is not too big, but its perfect for what it is. The food came really fast and although we have to drive for more than an hour to get to this place we'll totally visit again!

The signature ramen here was so good, I almost left my body. Highly recommend. Everything was excellent, start to finish. Takoyaki was also so so frikkin good.

The Ramen is excellent, rich and flavorful Tonkotsu really tells me the work that went in to it. The miso chicken had a great mild flavour which is suitable for those that can't handle a rich broth. Miso flavour will be gone if it's not fresh, which is not the case here, the white miso really stand out which give me tremendous joy. The miso soup combine with the flavor of the fried chicken is almost flawless, for me personally I would want my fried chicken to be a bit more juicy and hot. I guess I'm nitpicking at this point considering the workload the kitchen staffs have, but I do hope the best for this restaurant. Looking forward to have Ramen in here again.

The guy serving us with the Feliz Navidad shirt was amazing, there was a wait to pay but you could tell he was rushed off his feet, he deserves a raise! I really enjoyed the food, it's definitely something I'd never forget about

What a little gem of a restaurant. Extremely busy! Queues were long outside, but we pre booked. The staff were very attentive. Everything was explained in detail to us to help make our decision on food easier. The food was phenomenal, so fresh, tasty, just full of flavor! Will definitely make another booking soon. Very reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend. Never had Japanese food before. This was authentic Japanese food. All 4 of us converted. It’s just a small restaurant…. Not fancy! But food was everything and more. Thankyou!!!!

Staff were excellent, ramen was delicious. I'm from London and haven't found one as good as this yet! Highly recommend paying here a visit and next time will try some of the sake on offer :)

The dumplings are so soft with no texture, no good! Those ramens are quite good but need to wait for long time. So I will not recommend to my friends.

The ramen is amazing. I had the classic, my partner the miso broth, and both were incredible. The wakame salad worked well to balance the main. The desserts aren't must-haves, but they were nice, and there's a few different types of sake to choose from as well.

Absolutely loved the food. Great service and the best ramen I've ever tasted. Menu was explained and recommendations given. Fab offers on food and drink. Best book if going a bit later on as it was constantly busy. You can also get your food as a takeaway.

I’ve been meaning to try this restaurant for a while and finally found the opportunity. I lived in Japan for four years and this is very close to authentic Tonkotsu ramen. The gyoza was also decent, if a bit sticky, and the karaage was satisfying. The crowning glory, however, came not on a plate but in the thorough explanation of the menu by a kimono-wearing European gentleman. He took us on a journey of choices, guiding us like a Sherpa through the mountains of Japanese cuisine. One cannot stress enough the importance of good service. Thank you and goodnight.
