Lovely restaurant! Enjoyed the ambient and the food it just delicious! Great Restaurant!

Amazing as always! We were greeted warmly, the food was great and it’s in the perfect location in the Westgate. This will continue to be my go to when in Oxford!

The welcome and ongoing service was excellent. The checking of temperature and use of sanitiser spray was very reassuring. The meal was excellent. Thank you.

Went there with my partner for a special dinner. The atmosphere is always great and the food is some of the best the city offers. Martina the waitress was extremely welcoming and available. One of my top spots in Oxford.

Can’t beat ramen!

On the arrival front desk staff were chatting and made us wait a few moments before greeting us. We chose to sit outside, but that made us feel as we were forgotten at a times... it took way over 10 mins for our drinks to arrive (just to mention that inside restaurant wasn’t that busy either) Food! We all think that quality has slipped post Covid reopening. Pork belly in ramen was so tasteless and dry as a sheet of paper. I do not think we’ll be going back there :(

Delicious tonkotsu ramen, excellent beer and wonderful ambient, the takoyaki are a must! Definitely a place to return next time I go back to Oxford.

Our table host was excellent. The menu was limited and not all our favourite dishes were available. With a lot of help from our table host and a little manipulating of dishes available we were all able to enjoy the Shoryu dishes we love.

Had to send the bill back 3 times as they kept over charging me.

amazing service. only issue (and it is a small one) it was quite a muggy day and inside the restaurant was very hot - and seemed to be no air con. Food and staff were excellent though

Good place and service, but we feel the ramen is served with less quantity than before. Also it would be great to have more vegan options, the menu only has 2 items.

The ramen and yakisoba were very good!!!

It was a great experience for my colleagues and I. We had two nice tables and we were able to interact and socialiase. Food was also perfectly spaced out as well we all left very happy!
