OUR TUBE WAS DISRUPTED SO WE WERE 30MINS LATE - THERE WAS NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THE RESTAURANT TO INFORM THEM OR ASK FOR A LATER TABLE. WE TRIED FOR AGES. IN THE END WE GAVE UP. YOU NEED AN OPEN COMMUNICATION LOOP FOR RESTAURANTS IN A COMPLEX CITY LIKE LONDON

food was delicious but background music was so loud it gave me a headache lol and the bill came up more expensive than expected. some drinks didn’t come and service was ok. overall a decent experience

The menu was very reduced not very much of vegetarian options. The service was slow, had to wait for my water more than 20 minutes and overall it was short on staff. Won’t really come back to this branche.

Takoyaki was amazing, and the spicy vegetarian ramen

The restaurant was cold, music was loud, staff where stand offish. Ordered our food, Katsu curry, Vegetarian Ramen and Takoyaki. The Katsu Curry came out after 10 mins and looked great. Once out, our waitress sat down opposite to have her lunch. Another 15 mins went by and i had get up and walk to the kitchen to ask if my food was almost ready. I understand it takes time to cook, but we where the only two guests waiting for lunch. Another 5 mins went by and it came out. Tofu was cooked on one side and soggy on the other. My takoyaki never arrived ... Completely underwhelmed by the experience and wont be going back.

the food was lovely but the service was horrendous, honestly one of the worst managed and ran restaurants I have ever been to. There were people waiting for food and drinks across the restaurant, and the waiting staff were just running around aimlessly and the place was unclean with tables littered with plates etc. We waited 35 minutes for drinks, 45 to order and I nearly gave up when paying the bill which they had the cheek to add service charge to. It was chaos, utter chaos.

Loved the place as great food nice staff and relaxed not-pretentious place. Down to earth with a relaxed atmosphere in between a take away and a restaurante. Good vaue for money but: 1) service isn't great (got order wrong and a beer took 10 min to land on my table...) they could do with some more japanese staff, famous for being incredibly customer service-friendly.

A shambles from the moment we walked in. Despite the fact I had booked a table there was not one ready for us when we arrived, we had to wait 5/10 minutes (which on an hour lunch break from work is a long time). Service was then extremely slow to order our food and drinks, and our food arrived in the wrong order. 1 guest's main arrived a long time after the others and we had to repeatedly ask where it was. Again, we had to wait ages when we wanted to pay as well. Luckily the food was delicious because the service was appalling.

Food was fine, service was a bit OTT. We were asked 4 separate times if everything was ok with our food. Once is sufficient!

Great atmosphere, the ramen are very tasty and the staff is attentive and polite.

Nice little gem in the city. The steam buns are a must. I would recommend booking a table in advance as we saw a lot of people told to come back later as all tables were reserved already, clearly a popular place. I'm taking off one star as we had to wait 20 minutes to order our food. We were asked if we were ready to order after being seated for about 5 minutes but we asked to have a little more time to decide. After about 10 minutes I did catch the waiter's eye to order and he said he'd be with us in a second, while he spent the next 10 minutes taking other people's orders that had arrived after us. The quality of the food definitely made up for this but it may be beneficial to have more staff on hand or have a better system in place for customer service. Overall, I'd definitely consider this place in the future.

Poorly run place and bad at service. Ordered kimchi ramen, they brought out something else and it took a lot of talking to with a feisty manager who had to look st the security camera to see if her chef served the right food!
