Took my husband here for his birthday and wow! For entree we shared the all sorts meat selection and when I go back that is what I’m having for my main... it was delicious ???? My main was Venison and I’ve never had this before and didn’t know what to expect but it was the most tender meat I’ve ever eaten, it was a standout dish. Hubby had the Wild Boar and again.. something neither of us had tried before and it was incredible. Great food along with great service... 11/10 from us ????

Very nice. Will come back to try the rabbit and the venison. The ambience is really nice and there is quite a few drinks to choose from. Can't comment on dessert because I'm not a sweets person, but I'm sure they have solid options.

Amazing food. The beetroot starter was a revelation! The truffle in the eggplant starter was perfectly balanced. Wild boar a tad dry but marries the accompanying carrot and beetroot sauces really well. The venison was moist and not at all tough. Overall a wonderful meal. Reasonable wine list. Service naive but authentic. Attention to food and wine pairing would be appreciated. Some options ot available on a Sat pm which was odd

Amazing food and great service. Not your usual eatery in Adelaides East end. Been a long time since I can say that you will not find superb food like this anywhere else in the city. Thanks for a brilliant experience from start to finish!

Unfortunately Siberia Bar was a bit hit and miss in terms of service and food. It has a focus on meats. The mixed wild game entree was a selection of meats that had been fried together so they all looked the same and you couldn't really identify what it was - it wasn't helped by being overcooked. The Siberian dumplings were an improvement though and as a shared entree hit the mark. We ordered the venison, wild boar and another meat dish. Again the cooking was slightly hit and miss in terms of doneness. The rosti that we ordered as a side was excellent though. And their dark bread was good.

Very enthusiastic and pleasant greeting and service. Limited menu at lunchtime but the meals were plentiful and delicious. The dumplings were excellent. The crepes were very tasty.

Wild boar was definitely a highlight for us lovers of rare, tender, flavoursome meat! Cherry sauce an excellent accompaniment. Generous serves, attentive staff and dietaries well catered for...they even have a vegan menu and lots of GF options on both. Quite a change from the old ETC to a fine dining venue without the price tag. Good to see SA is well supported in food and drinks. We'll be back to try the other dishes!

Excellent tasting food. A positive feedback response would be we suggest the entre mixed wild meat dish could benefit from longer slow cooking as the meat was very tasty but tough. But we still highly recommend the restaurant for delightfully varied eastern block menu experience. Thanks.

Siberia has an interesting menu of genuine Siberian food - so some novel foods for those of us who like trying new things. Worth giving a go! Staff are friendly and helpful. Great artisan coffee!

Mains were mostly meat-only dishes which were done fairly well but for the price could have included some veg rather than having to order it as sides. Wait staff were attentive and friendly but didn't seem to know much about the food, including what meat we were eating exactly in the platter of wild meats! The atmosphere was pleasant but visually a bit stark with just black and white. Overall, as a restaurant concept, it felt like a lost opportunity to be more authentically Russian - there wasn't even a vodka list, just gins and whiskeys (who goes to a Russian restaurant for a G&T?).

Another Fantastic night at Siberia with the most Tender Venison I've ever eaten. This restaurant is definitely the new surprise in Adelaide that people just need to visit and check out for themselves.
