    Lovely service and nice atmosphere. We were really disappointed with the food, especially the rooster which was very dry. While the service was excellent, prices like these cannot be justified unless the food is better than top notch. In our experience, it was no better than average.

    I went for the "Berbés" menu, which includes "entry + appetizer + second + postres + pan" for 27 euros. Reservation made, on site I am informed that the menu was not served on the day because it was a public holiday (as a tourist, I did not know this). I apologized for the mistake and informed that I would return the next day then, but I was kindly informed that if I left without eating I would have to pay a fine. Not knowing the amount of the fine and eating out of contractual obligation, I ended up ordering the dish in the photo "Cozo" which cost me 20 euros (+ 3.50 for the pan). Eating against my will, the food tasted like punishment. Did i was wrong for not knowing the details about the days of the menu and the holiday calendar of the country? Sure! The restaurant was wrong for enforcing a fine on me? Probably not, but just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

    Fuimos con la idea de conocer la alta cocina a precio moderado y elegimos el menú Berbés. El aperitivo espectacular, fue una crema de boletus con panceta crujiente. De primero, uno de ellos, verdinas con buey de mar que nos pareció que les faltaba cocción, aunque de sabor estaban deliciosas. Lo comentamos al final y nos dijeron que ese era el punto que les gustaba, pero lo probamos cuatro personas y opinamos que estaban un poco duras El otro primero bacalao à brás muy bueno. De segundo, el cordón bleau y champiñones al ajillo estaba bueno, pero un poco simple, no era sorprendente.. El sargo a la brasa delicioso. Los postres, ambos espectaculares. Nos ofrecieron un acompañamiento al postre, Moscatel u Oporto, de una forma que parecía cortesía de la casa, pero no, fueron 10 € por dos copitas de Oporto.

    Teníamos reserva para las 13:30, llegamos puntualmente a 4 minutos de dicha hora y nos hicieron volver a esperar a la calle ya que ni estaban los camareros cambiados, ni la cocina preparada. Según su horario es a partir de las 13:30, no obstante entiendo q si aceptan una reserva para esa hora; que menos que cinco minutos antes estés preparado y recibas a los comensales que llegan puntualmente para su reserva. Para ni poder compensarlo con un mediocre servicio de mesa, ni con una comida especialmente más allá de lo que se espera de una cocina de esa categoría.

    Efectivamente no se puede acceder al restaurante como a cualquier otro establecimiento comercial antes de su horario de apertura , Nuestro restaurante está impecablemente preparada para recibir a sus clientes a las 13:30 tal y como figura en nuestros horarios. Su comentario es igual de irrespetuoso que su actitud en nuestro establecimiento.

    Lo primero que tengo que decir es que las camareras de sala son encantadoras ymuy profesionales. Los platos que pudimos comer sin ninguna pega, el postre de chocolate exquisito y las navajas, las mejores que yo recuerdo en años. El problema es la política de menú, mi mujer tiene la desgracia de tener anisakis, el pescado debe ser congelado. Los menús incluyen pescado fresco, en otros restaurantes estrella michelin, siempre nos han ofrecido una alternativa al plato o platos que no puede comer, aquí la alternativa fue directamente la carta, con el añadido de que como los menús son a mesa completa, me quedé con las ganas de tomar el menú con maridaje; había planeado la escapada de fin de semana con detalle para disfrutar de este restaurante, hotel cercan, para no coger coche,… Es la primera vez que no hemos disfrutado en un restaurante con estrella, digamos que nos estrellamos

    I had the Menu Raíces and beverage pairing for lunch and it was sublime. The wait staff were very attentive without being smothering and were obviously passionate about the cuisine. Everything was delicious; the only two dishes that I didn’t prefer were the slimy clam dish and the amount of fat in the goat dish (although I think this has something to do with unfamiliarity with the ingredients as well). Standouts were the sardine, vichyssoise, and fish of the day. The beverage pairing was well worth it; it included 9 beverage tastings with the Raíces menu. The space is airy and architecturally very interesting. If you’re in Vigo, a visit to Silabario is a must!

    El restaurante está muy bien, buen producto, fresco de la tierra y bien elaborado. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Nosotros fuimos a cenar y aunque el restaurante es muy bonito de día tiene que ser fenomenal ya que tiene una cúpula de cristal por donde se debe de ver buen la ciudad de Vigo, ya que está situado en una sexta planta. Muy recomendable, volvería sin dudar.

    The location is exceptional. The foid is for a 1* restaurant a bit disapointing because of the up and downs in the menu with the wines. The service was at laest a bit naughty and not like we know it from the upscaled restaurants. The price is to hugh for this experience

    The setting, the food and the service are excellent. After a wonderful set of appetizers, we enjoyed the main dishes. On our group two people ate delicious fish dishes, cooked to perfection. I went for a meat dish, that was fine but could have been better. With the desserts we went back to perfection. Forgot to mention the superb wines accompanying our dishes. Definitely a restaurant to return!

    Restaurante muy bonito, decoración moderna. Ambiente muy frío, atención despectiva y carente de paciencia por parte del chef. Los alimentos no colmaron nuestra expectativa Demasiado caro y sobrevalorado Definitivamente no volveré
