The food was tasty and ambiance was very nice, we got the chefs menu and it was quite a lot of food, the second course was quite late however compared to the first.

Silk Road is een klasse apart! Alles is tiptop voor elkaar. Liefdevolle bediening, prachtige entourage, zalig eten, en geheimzinnige likeurtjes . Kortom : superdesuper!!!

It’s a bit expensive. I mean 0,1 l wine is about 5 Euro. One slice of bread also 4. we were still a bit hungry in the end and we chose a menu. So that’s a pitty. In the end we enjoyed the food. It was good and interesting but it could have been more…. at least more rice.

The food is delicious, very nice and friendly people! We had route 1+2 and every dish had something unique. The deserts are also a must try. The space is beautifully decorated and gives you a warm feeling.

Eten was goed, veel kleine hapjes om samen met iemand van te eten. Bediening was super vriendelijk en bescheiden. Interieur was sfeervol en gezellig.

Great food, and ambiance however really small portions. We took route 2 and even this was small in portion so we ordered more (therefore not real value for money, which is a shame because the food is really excellent)

Encouraging, unique, charming, welcoming, cultural. It is one of the best gastronomic experiences that my body has been able to experience. The delicacy and skill of both waiters and kitchen staff has been magnificent. The food tastes like culture itself. We also really liked the way the food was presented, we chose two routes, one cold and one hot, a French wine and two desserts. You leave the restaurant wanting to go back in. Thanks for the experience.

Very interesting flavors! Small portions allow you to taste more different dishes which helps you to choose your favorite one. Not sure what was the name of that dish but I really enjoyed spicy lamb. Service was good. We could easily communicate in English and all questions were answered. Definitely will come back!

Gezellig en lekker gegeten, zeer vriendelijk personeel , leuk om allerlei hapjes te kunnen proberen . Fijne rustige sfeer! Ik kom nog eens terug .
