In the past, we loved this place very much. We used to eat here every time we went to Paris because of the great service and the wonderful brunch. It was always a great experience. But it’s really changed since we were there last (November 2018). Now, you self-serve some parts of the brunch (but not all), which was really confusing and no one explained it. My table and other tables were kind of looking around the restaurant not knowing you had to get your own food or where or how and no one told us (this is not how it was before). The hostess was really rude and the waiter was helpful to us but seemed annoyed at her for not doing anything. We were unsure how to get our food (even though this was our 5th visit) and it seemed like we were just expected to figure it out. I’m not sure why everything is set up so differently now. It’s also the first time I’ve been there when there were hardly any people. The food was terrible (it was always good before) so we just paid and left without finishing all of our courses because we were hungry and decided to go someplace else. 29 euros per person was a lot to pay for the one juice, one croissant and one bite of burger we did eat before we decided to just leave. The hostess came over so we could pay and she noticed we left without finishing our food or eating the other courses but she didn’t even ask anything about it. We’ll never go back again.

Great burgers and the French Toast (pain perdu) was spectacular.
