Booked a bottomless brunch, but couldn’t have it since it was full. Service to was really slow for drinks waited 30 minutes for a baby Guinness shot and at least 20 minutes for a cocktail. Although food came quick the drinks was slow. Very small portions but high price. Good music.

I went with my reservation. They did not have a table for me. They did not have any of the food left that i wanted to purchase. They served many others and left me waiting at the bar. And the drinks were very diluted.

Waste of time booking. Rude woman ‘Valentina’ who does her best to ignore you says you’re not booked even though I’ve got multiple reminder emails and a text on my phone- it didn’t matter that people were just walking in and sitting down but us with the booking it seemed to be a problem. She served people and then walked off when I was next in the queue, she then grabbed another member of staff and did her best to distract them from serving when they came out of the kitchen. Once we’d finished eating and popped over to order the deserts, again she walked off. Really awful customer service. All other staff members completely lovely, friendly and helpful!
