Up stairs, Long queues at bar to order food, the table service app did not work. “Forgot” to add the alcohol to the cocktails. Food arrived quick and tasted ok. Downstairs, long queues at bar but the drinks were much better.

We had pre-booked the Slug at the O2 as it was Take That concert night so we knew it would be busy. We had a 20 minute wait in the queue for our table. There was then a 25 minute wait at the bar before we could place our order, at which point we were told there was a 50 minute wait for food (if not longer). The staff were lovely and the food was good, but the organisation was appalling especially as the majority of people had prebooked (some had even placed their food order), so the management should have known how busy it would be and to have more staff on.

Awful experience, there was no service, the app didnt work which meant orders only taken at the bar, one member of staff on the bar, meant queue all around the restaurant. Late food, mediocre food. Wont be returning.

Was good service. Only issue was they seemed to mix up the tables and spilt the table into 2 ,even though it'd been booked it was like it hadn't been. Bit of confusion when we arrived but was sorted quick

The service was great from both door staff and waiting staff. I used the app it was speedy enough for how busy they were. Food was great (apart from the avacado - that wasn’t ripe at all - couldn’t bite it). Wine was good value. Cocktails were fine. Music was great to get you in the mood for the concert - there was a bunch of screaming girls that should’ve been told to calm it a little as they were OTT when there was people trying to eat and chat but luckily they left.

the staff ignored us despite having a booking very hard to actually order drinks and food ordered with a staff member and drinks never arrived slow waiting for drinks and no one seemed to care overall left feeling angry due to such poor service

We booked few days before, as we were seeing Peter Kay. Only to wait 190 minutes!!!!! We kept asking, only to be told another 5 minutes, this went on, until we had to make a decision to ask for a refund. A long with a lot of other unhappy customers!! I was really disappointed, as my son had brought the show tickets for Xmas, so I wanted to treat us to food before. Instead we had to go in, with no food. I felt sorry for the front of house staff, having to deal with the all the complaints, did not see a manager supporting them. Something needed to done with this restaurant management!!!! After all being in the o2, you must realise customers have a limited time before shows etc. It’s completely unacceptable to treat customers this way. I will never book with your company again, your management team need training re: customer service!!

Lost booking 1 hour and 15 min wait No acknowledgement of delay or apology. No drinks on the tap, and missing the ingredients for half the cocktails. Food was average, and only warm at best.

We arrived at the venue at 5.30pm and had pre booked a table of 4 which they couldn’t find our booking on the fork App. But we found a table ourselves. We order 5 dishes from the small plate menu at 6pm. We waited till 7 pm and asked when the food was going to arrive as we where attending a show at the 02 at 8pm. She replied it will be another 15mins which it never did ????????. We finally left at 7.45pm with no food and will never return to this venue. They said they where busy but should have never taken the order if they could not for fill it. Also the 2for1 cocktails which they advertised outside and on there website where not offered this night. It says 4pm till 10pm but this venue chooses to offer the two for one at 8pm till 10pm when they have a show on???????? Really spoilt my wife’s Birthday!!!

We booked in advance. When we arrived the waiter could not find our booking we showed text and email confirmation we were seated and then left to work out how to order our food. After 20 minutes of downloading and registering in a app we ordered our food and drinks. Drinks arrived fairly promptly. Whilst waiting for our food people were coming and in and were being turned away, or could not be found in booking system but seated anyway, some walked in and sat down and were then told they had to move. After 40 minutes of waiting, we asked when our food would arrive and were told it would be at least another 20 minutes/half hour. As we were due to attend an event in the area we requested a refund. We were refunded our meal but not our drinks which would have been a goodwill gesture and gone some way to compensate for the wait . We ended up buying a sandwich from whsmiths. Very disappointing visit.
