2/10Hello, I’m writing you because it’s the first time i have such an experience. First of all we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm and we received the food at 10 pm. Which is 1 hour and a half just to eat (noting that there was only 1 other table in the restaurant). Second, after eating, the employee refused to give up the 40% discount on anything but the plates. I checked the application, it only mentioned that drinks and menus are not included. He didn’t give us the discount on the appetizers or anything else. We ordered 7 items that didn’t get a discount. If they have a specific policy, they should mention it at the restaurant before ordering because the application did not mention it. I hope you take some action about this. Thank you in advance.
