Excellent
Best restaurant I have ever been to.
C était magique. Merci.
Exceptionnel
Excellent as usual. But a bit skimpy on the wine servings when choosing the wine pairing option.
The bottom line is that the food wasn’t tasty. Its a restaurant that non of the dishes were wow, just ok. The tasting menu took 3 hours... and it’s not about the fact that it’s very expensive, I wouldn’t mind paying that much if the experience was amazing but it was far from it. I couldn’t possibly recommend it to anyone. Sorry
It was a perfect diner! The tastes are fabulous even gave us goosebumps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent ! Tout en finesse et surprise. Du grand art culinaire.
Excellent restaurant. L'excellence à la japonaise !
Beautiful presentation, delicate flavors and gracious staff all make for a deliciously memorable meal! Don't forget to ask for a table downstairs in the cave.
I was honestly impressed. The serving staff were amazing and so knowledgeable. The food and flavours were incredible.
Amazing experience with awesome food and service. Sat down stairs and had remove shoes for slippers. Tables had sunken foot wells to add to experience.
This is the second time to take dinner here。 they changed the menu form, divided into two types, but always gave good performances. services were welcoming and comfortable too. My friends like the dishes a lot, for sure we will come back in the future.
Food was quite good and price was reasonable at 98 EUR for the menu. We went for the wine pairing (4 wines / 2 sakes) at 70 EUR per person, which was a mistake in retrospect. The actual pairing wasn’t perfect in our view. For example a rather dominant red with one of the lighter dishes with distinct flavors. A much lighter wine would have been better. Practically we paid 140 EUR which would have bought us a decent grand cru wine, but the wines they chose were a far cry from any grand cru. The total volume we consumed was less than a bottle of wine and none of the wines were in the mid/upper price segment (example a Gonzalo “Sin Nombre” which you get for well below 30 EUR a bottle, or some average US Sauvignon Blanc).
Excellence all around.
Juste parfait !
je recommande parfait
Unforgettable meal - the flavors were sublime and the presentation was delightful, innovative and beautiful. Our server recommended a great wine to match our tasting menu. I would definitely recommend and return!
