The setting with the waterfall out the window is beautiful. The wait staff was very attentive. We got to meet and speak with the chef.

Amazing experience and wonderful food. Service was outstanding and the staff was very observant and helpful. Food was excellent and very creative. Ambient is amazing with the waterfall in the background. Would 100% recommend Soltojo to everyone.

The best meal we ate in Italy and possibly the most enjoyable culinary experience I have ever had. The location is unique, built over the flowing stream of an old mill with glass walls and floors. The food presentation was a “spettacolo” in itself and the chef took a personal interest in each customer. The location is off the beaten path but it adds to the intrigue and I highly recommend this restaurant.
