We had dinner at Sorza last night for the second time this visit to Paris. We keep returning because of the quality of the food and friendly service. Highly recommend!

We’ve been coming back to Sorza every time we visit Paris. It is a small attractive dining space on the Ile St Louis. The service is excellent and the food is consistently delicious. We both get the tasty arugula salad. I then have the sea bream with polenta and my husband has the spaghetti with tomato and basil sauce. We share a tiramisu for dessert. It’s a little pricey but that’s no doubt due to the expensive real estate it occupies.

Another great dinner here! Lamb shank out of this world. Soufflr and arugula delish. Chicken with lemon confit and fettuccini succulent. Affogado the best. Our server so sweet on every way.. she gave us soecila indibidusl treatment made us feel important. We go here each year when we come to Paris, which is every year. Always wonderful. One of best restos on I,lle St. Louis. Always smells so good aka star gazer lilies! Thanks for a lovely evening!

If you want a respite from your enjoyment (too much of a good thing!) of French food, this is the place to take it. I had the Sorza salad, which was delicious, and the Risotto with Scallops, which was simply delectable. Service was fine, space and location was beautiful. It was noisy on the evening we were there, but that was because there was a large table of very loud American women (I am also American by the way) who made no effort to speak French and expected everyone in the place to put up with their ruckus. Can't really blame the restaurant for that.

Everything on the menu sounded good. It’s not the usual “French” menu. We had grilled sea bream with the creamiest polenta...so good. We’re going back soon.

Excellent food at Sorza, the lamb was lovely. The waitress tried hard to communicate in English as our french was a little broken. Wine was nice and a delightful chocolate mousse recommended by the waitress

It's a authentic European experience that's made easy for Americans. The restaurant itself is very small, and intimate- think close tables. It's on a quiet picturesque narrow street very close to the tourist crush. Our host/server/manager handled the floor perfectly and we felt very welcomed. The menu is well done, with great choices for our picky table. It has English translations. All the food was what one hopes for in France- fresh, well-prepared, special, and most importantly, delicious. The wine that was recommended was memorable. Overall, it was a great experience.

Lunch: the salad was enormous, the ingredients were fresh; the grilled eggplant was meaty and rich with pesto and grilled parmesan flavors.
