Restaurant was bigger than expected as there is also additional space at the back. We took the 4 course surprise menu and although this restaurant is known for their particular meat dishes there was only one meat dish with this course, that was a pity. The wines that came with the dishes were very good and well explained. The seconds dish, a curry soup, didn't fit with the rest. It tasted ok. Service was good, they just had a problem with the pin machines. At the end a nice diner. But next time we will try the a la carte menu, cause it looks there are great dishes on there to try.

Great dinner great place great ratio quality to price And plus good vegetarian options. Can definitely recommend. It was thoughtfully executed and made with attention to detail.

The food here is stunning. Think low priced fine dining. We loved the flavour combinations and the UMAMI dishes do exactly what they say on the menu. Only one problem... slow, sporadic service. OK sure, it was a Friday evening but our section was mostly coffees, desserts, and drinkers by the time we got our starter. By the time our main arrived, we had been at the table for 85 minutes. The starter and drinks were relatively fast so once the ball got rolling we expected a rhythm to the meal delivery that never took hold. We were offered more drinks as our starter was collected but as we were half way through the drinks we said no. We weren't asked again for around half an hour. I believe the problem comes down to organisation, our waiter kept changing so they couldn't possibly know where we were in the meal and get that rhythm right. All in all, I would say you must try it, but still, paying 80 to 120 for two 3 course meals should still guarantee service with consistent attentiveness.

Amazing / verbazingwekkend Booked in a table in advance and recommend you do the same. A warm welcome greeted us as we entered this buzzing restaurant, with a big smile from the host we were shown to our table. The atmosphere was great and decor sets the mood. All the front of house staff were friendly, professional and most of all welcoming. Orders were taken swiftly and the experience made the best start to our Anniversary weekend. Now the important bit ! The food. Wow wow wow. All three course packed with flavour, perfectly executed and presentation was 1st class. Recommend the Chinese BBQ Pork Buns, soft steamed bun, Sweet & sour cucumber, Honey Hoi Sin and crunchy peanut. Also the Crudo and Grissini Sweet Tomates, Creamy Buffalo, Salty Ham with explosions of Balsamic Pearls. I rightly or wrong also picked the Wagyu Pork as main (2 pork dishes) but blown away and I would visit again just for the Wagyu Pork enough said ! The other main was Lebanese Lemon Chicken the whole plate gave the full taste of the Middle East. Finally dessert course, Warm Portuguese Custard Tart beautiful and Deep Fried Cookie Dough. But not together !! Highly recommend this restaurant but make sure you book !

My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant many times and the variety of dishes on the menu never fails to amaze us. The restaurant is always busy so booking is advised.

Always great here, lovely food and they put a lot of effort into the wines. I like that they routinely feature less common meats on the plate. Surprise menu is always the good kind of surprise.

Great food and restaurant. Had a delicious Angus rump steak with a nice red wine. The rest of our dishes were also delicious. Staff was friendly and polite.

Nice cosy restaurante with different global dishes adapted to a dutch style of cooking. Food is nice but would prefer if they kept the dishes really traditional. A ceviche should not have a cream texture!

If you really want to join a delicious and original meal, especially when you can enjoy a good glass of wine. This place is for you. The restaurant looks a bit big and “chainlike”, but don’t be mistaken. The kitchen puts out delicious meals. The wine arrangement definitely is something you should add to the meal.

Wonderful food, great service. The courtyard has a lovely atmosphere. The only negative is how tightly the tables are squeezed in. It was awkward for the staff and customers.

Good service, I have a cashewnut allergy I forgot to tell them about and they replaced it in no time with another dish. And overall the service was great.
