Exceptional restaurant from the moment you are guided through the grand hallway all the way through the dining room into the beautiful patio. We had the 7-course menu with non-alcoholic “wine” paring, and it was spectacular. I’ve never visited a Michelin restaurant - Per Se in NYC and Melisse in Los Angeles included - that ever featured a NON-alcoholic “wine” (drink) pairing. It was a wonderfully thoughtful touch as well as providing another level of depth and enjoyment to the meal. The chef even came out to chat with all the guests at the end of dinner service. Truly a memorable experience.

Exactly what we were looking for for a special evening with my love; an eating “travel”… each “Gang” is the occasion to travel either to the sea, or in Japan, or in your past… not only with the taste as such but also with the texture… this Well accompanied by wine… where the wine Master is adapting to your meal of course but also meal order as well as your own taste from the previous experiences… thank you for this art travel occasion!

I’m so happy I got a chance to be there at the Christmas night dinner. Everything from the food to service was amazing. I really loved the desserts especially the plum cheesecake and pistachio chocolate. Also loved the honeycomb dessert dish.

Both the food and the service is really good. The sommelier is very knowledgable yet without being over the top. Highly recommend this restaurant for special celebration!
