This is a beautiful and elegant restaurant. A great view. The staff were very welcoming. Rodrigo were very attentive and knowledgeable. The service was superb. Food delicious.

We were very excited to eat at Spices as I am a big fan of fusion restaurants. However, when we got there it was a Japanese buffet night and you could not order off the regular menu. The food was good but it was very over priced. The meal was not worth the $198 euros it cost. The service was friendly and overall the experience at this Ritz Carlton was great. This meal however did not hit the mark.

Congratulations to the team! From the chef to the cleaning staff. Marvellous food, atmosphere and service. Worth a Michelin star! Shrimp Bao simply the best one in the world! Lamb and pistachio! What a combination! Green fish curry?!?! Simply divine.

Having eaten at Spices ordering from the "regular" menu, which is not available during the Saturday night buffet, I would say the food quality suffers on the buffet. We wouldn't choose it again. We were also a bit disappointed that, despite noting a special adult occasion, we were seated next to a very noisy family with loud children and pinging cell phones. It is noteworthy that we were the only two tables in the restaurant at the time because it was early. We had to ask to be moved.

All the staff were great but the restaurant was soulless and the food not up to previous standards. Naan bread was a sugary flatbread, bao's tasting like a club sandwich ..... please go back to your previous standards of excellent food.

We had a fabulous dinner with great service at this very nicely decorated place. The menu is extensive with lots of choice and the service very welcoming and professional.

This place deserves a higher Michelin star rating. Enjoyed the experience- food flavors, menu choices, staff attention and most of all how knowledgeable our waiter was about wines and the food. He said he loves his job and it showed. Good choice for vegetarians!

The poor service seriously let this restaurant down. That and the fact it was full hotel guests with young children ruined what would otherwise have been a pleasant meal. It took over 4 hours to serve the meal due to long periods waiting for a waiter. The wine arrived at the table already opened (unusual). The port was served with substantial sediment in the glass and request for water or ice had to be asked for several times before they were brought. Not what you would expect of a restaurant in this price bracket.

Great options for vegetarians, we initially had a great customer service experience but then later a waitress served on the table and seemed very cold and kept refilling our water glasses unnecessarily. This brought the whole experience down. Overall all our experiences in the hotel restaurants were a little disappointing. Not to take away that Spices food was fantastic.

Beautiful restaurant. Super friendly stuff. Food delicious. Only desserts were disappointing and not matching the Asian style of the restaurant. Lovely evening!

We were so happy to be able to return to a restaurant as the pandemic winds down, so I had a very positive attitude. The staff seemed to be happy to be back at work and were very welcoming. We had been to Spices before, so we knew the menu and there was nothing unexpected. We will return in the future.
