9.5/10Nice place for a lunch. Food was fresh and plentiful. Service was very good, although we had a couple of people who were unsure of how to use the QR Code for the menu.

6.5/104 of us ordered our meals at the same time. One meal came out and after she had finished her meal I went to the bar to find out about the other 3 meals. Several minutes later we received 2 more meals with my wife's meal yet to arrive. After we had finished our meals we asked again and probably 10 minutes later my wife received hers. A different reason was given each time we asked about the delivery of our meals?????

3/10Only way to order a meal and pay for is via the QR code. asked for a paper menu and told this was the only way. Had left my phone at home, so wife had to order off hers. What if I didn't have a phone, or modern one to do this? Also don't like paying via an app.. Food arrived and I ordered the Chicken parmigiana. Was like a leftover from lunch, as was that hard, struggled to cut through it with the knife, even with the slice of ham, and sauce on top. Staff looked uninterested in being there, and service was average. Haven't been there for a long time, and last time going there was good, before ALH acquired it.

6/10We have been going to the Stones Corner Hotel almost every Saturday night for years. Great steaks, best red wine jus ever, good variety of specials and amazing staff. All of the above has changed so much since the previous Manager left that it is no longer an enjoyable night out. No specials offered at all, steaks constantly under or overcooked, all the staff have either left or been transferred so no more interaction and last night we had overcooked steak and the worst red wine jus ever.. Almost tasted like it was from a packet and had an unusual, unpleasant taste. So sadly, after giving it a chance for the past few months, we will be on the lookout for another Saturday night venue close to home.

5/10Frequent diners at this hotel. I understand there is a new chef. Nothing too different on the menu - although the prawn entree (which was a favourite) is gone. I had a salad with calamari topper - the calamari was like rubber - the salad pretty average. Bar staff great.

3/10As regular patrons for some years we have noticed changes that impact our dining experience at the Stones Corner Hotel. Staff have turned over, no table service anymore so little to no interaction with staff, no specials so same ol same ol menu. It is just not the same since the Manager was transferred elsewhere some months ago
