10/10Lovely dinner here this evening. We were warmly welcomed by Annie, who settled us into our table. We started off with a variety of oysters, Camilla, who served us for the first part of the evening enthusiastically explained the different preparations. We then tried the salmon and the scallop dishes. The sauce accompanying the salmon was exquisite. On to the meat course, we tried the lamb and the ribeye steak. We were now served by Andreas and Derek, both were charming and explained the dishes in detail. The side dish of mushrooms was very good. Andreas was meticulous in his attention to detail. It was a real pleasure to chat with him. Dario came by to say hello, bringing the sunshine with him. On to desserts, the yuzu sorbet was refreshing, and the madelaines were delicious. Thank you to the kitchen team, and thank you to Annie, Camilla, Andreas, Derek, and the lovely Dario.

8/10There are great views from the terrace. The food is superb, oysters, scallop, lamb. The service is attentive but it did take quite a long time for both mains and desserts to come out, and there didn’t seem to be an obvious reason why.

7/10The greeting on the lower floor was stiff and unfriendly, so not the best start. We were shown to the stairs to the upper floor roof terrace. The staff were a little better but still not very welcoming. The menu was interesting and we chose a wine although the waiter suggested another far more expensive one. The ambience was definitely lacking. It was a Tuesday evening so perhaps not their busiest. The food had interesting flavours. Luckily we had a 50% off food offer without which the bill would have been very high and definitely not worth it. It is a shame as it could be really nice but the staff, ambience and high prices make it a 'no' from me.

9.5/10Food was always at its best, never disappointed at all, service wise could be more friendly and active, there were times we need to seek for attentions, I find it a bit behind on service standard for being one of Michelin restaurants.

10/10The food is amazing especially the Sweden VS Japan beef main course and the lamb course. The laminated milk bread with miso butter is a wonderful start also. For the dessert the Madeline is a must try even you are full after all the dishes. Dario provide extremely good service. The atmosphere is nice and everything goes so well this night. We are very happy to choose this place to celebrate our special day. Definitely gonna come again.

9.5/10We had a wonderful early dinner at Studio Frantzen. We tried the sashimi plate as a starter, followed by the turbot and lobster dishes. All were beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. For the meat course we tried the Sweden v Japan beef dish which was delicious. The sides of potatoes and broccoli that we had to accompany the beef were fantastic. Overall the food was excellent but what really made the evening was the warm and enthusiastic service. We were looked after by Annie and the very charming Dario. Both were very knowledgeable about the menu and the various ingredients that made up the dishes. The quality of the front of house really shined and what made the evening one to remember. Thank you to all at Studio Frantzen especially Annie and the magnificent Dario.

6/10Nice, well cooked food, good ingredients but not very inventive, big portions. Very very tasty! The decor is nothing special and the service is not excellent. Great selection of Scandinavian liquor, and excellent cocktails. They don’t have maraschino cherries for the garnish though… Very cheap and tasty desserts!

9/10The plates were interesting and really flavoursome, especially the starters. The mains were also very good but a little overpriced as they do not have any sides accompanying them. We were keen to try the Hassle-back potato ( x1 ) which was nice but not traditional style cooked in the oven tempered with garlic butter and herbs, appeared to be deep fried, still good but not amazing ...a bit mean recieving a single potato and could do better! Good puds and interesting cocktails variations, remembered a birthday celebration with a White chocolate mousse which was a nice touch, the servers were all very welcoming and pleasant, visited on a Sunday so not to busy would visit again!!
