Staying upstairs at Baobab Suites I was surprised to find a fine dining restaurant just 3 floors below. Chosen the tasting menu and had two outstanding courses. The langoustine ceviche and the seafood broth. Unique!

The food was quite nice. We arrived and were seated. It took 40 minutes for us to get some wine! We had had our first course already. It’s the golden rule in restaurants always make sure guests have a drink before you serve them food. Needless to say this put us in a bad mood from the beginning. I could see other tables also looking confused as to why being offered a drink took so long. Won’t be coming back

Third visit to sucas and we were not disappointed in any way. We tried the taster menu with the wine accompaniment and enjoyed every course. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the dishes and the wine.

We really liked the food, and the pricing was more than reasonable. The service was not flawless, but because 1 man had to do several tasks (sommelier, waiter and barista) that was acceptable.

An experience rarely seen in decades of visiting Tenerife. After being greeted at the door, Gregory detailed every morsel and drop of our meal with passion and gusto. All the little extras and anecdotes just add to the experience. We asked for a few things outside the norm and they were met with zero fuss or trouble. Aside from the service/experience, the food and drink was outstanding and a credit to the talents of the chef. We will be back!

We visited this restaurant on our first proper night in Tenerife. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed and the service and staff was fabulous. We came with a 7 month old baby and they were very accommodating of him and us. The food was delicious and the service was not rushed. Well worth a visit.

Great experience with one of the finest cuisines that the island enholds. Had the degustation menu with the winepairing, made of excellent products and great varieties of flavours. The sommelier made an excellent chose of wines of outstanding price/quality. Overall an amazing night and experience. Normally I dont like to react on my personal experience, but occasionally I was eating in Sucas 2 days ago and came in as a walk-in. On my surprise I saw the comment of fellow client just below, which was enjoying dinner in a group of 8 people. I was the last table in the restaurant, and I definetely don't agree with their observations. Service and food was spot on, therefore I came back today. Well done Sucas!

Sucas serves a creative tasting menu with fresh ingredients. The calamari with egg yolk and forest mushrooms is really something special. Other dishes seem to be an ongoing creative endeavour, so some work better than others, all interesting nonetheless. Service is excellent and attentive. If you’re looking for a fine-dining experience, it’s a treat.

Exclellent place, cintemporary cousine and interesting local wines (although very limited selection - i would recommend to expand as there are much more interesting Canarian wines from small producers). Overall a very good experience, something differetn from traditional seafood restaurants in the area. Service is great, modern design also adds to the right atmosphere. We went there two times in June to try different items from the menu, and would come back when we are in the area again

We enjoyed the restaurant, the atmosphere, the friendly and professional service as well as the great food. Unfortunately some guest did have telephone conversations on their loudspeakers, so that everyone had to listen to that loud chitchat.
