Todo lo que sucede, y valga la redundancia, en el interior de este local minimalista hasta la médula, que rezuma por los poros alta gastronomía, es un espectáculo. Lo es la sincronización del equipo, la milimétrica puesta en escena y un espacio de alma contemporánea que pretende dar protagonismo a la que verdaderamente lo merece: una gastronomía de altura. Una cocina que brilla aún más cuando tiene lugar ante los muros de la antigua muralla árabe del siglo XII, que forma parte de las paredes del restaurante. Y que cuenta con platos tan sofisticados como impactantes, que beben del recetario de siempre y de las técnicas contemporáneas, muy bien aprendidas por el joven chef Miguel Ángel Mayor. Un tipo intrépido y perfeccionista, cuya cocina está profundamente arraigada a las emociones, que defiende a las mil maravillas su flamante Estrella MICHELIN.

Ubicado en el interior del Hotel Caro, un cinco estrellas que apuesta decididamente por la vanguardia, en Sucede no encontramos carta, sino un par de menús largos que recogen en unos cuantos platos las inquietudes culinarias del chef barcelonés, curtido junto a grandes como Sergi Arola, Ferran Adrià, Quique Dacosta o Andoni Luis Aduriz.

      Creative cuisine , high quality ingredients, done by a talented young chef.
      We really enjoyed our time here, the food was excellent and imaginative , good service, and beautiful decor.
      Definitely among the best restaurants in Valencia.

      Excellent modern Spanish cuisine, cooked with the best local ingredients and accompanied by a fantastic wine menu. Welcoming and warm service. The atmosphere is calmer than the hustle and bustle of the restaurants of el Carmen, but this can be a welcome oasis after a busy day.

      The staf was really great, very welcoming. The food was good except the meatdish from the menu was a little bit disapointing and my husband had at the end a cappuccino but is tasted very bad. So our advice is buy a good coffeemachine because coffee is a very important ending of a good meal and that will you keep in mind.

      My husband and I made a reservation on the fork to have dinner at this beautiful restaurant. We got dressed up and took the long walk there. When we go to the place, we were told that only guests of the hotel were allowed to have dinner there on Sundays. I found this strange, and we were offered no reason for this weird rule. I told them that I had made a reservation on the fork. But it didn't seem to matter, and we were told that it was impossible to have dinner there. Pretty disappointing experience. : /

      If you want to dine in a spectacular seating and with the view to ancient roman stone presentation unlike anything, the Alma Del Temple is the place to go. Exquisite service, great tasting menu - with a side towards the "fishy" taste - from sea snakes to slow cooked salmon. The wine was a HIT - barique Rioja white wine. I would go again for a "normal" dinner too. Highly recommendable.

      The restaurant was empty when we go there. Couldn't figure out how to open the door. Walked around checking out the city, went back. Went to the hotel and found out it was open and went through that entrance. The main part was empty with everyone in the back. It was very quiet with only a few tables. It's the off season I guess. We had a tasting menu that was very good and well priced. I would go back for sure. The waitress was great and the chef is talented.
