We went to Sultan Restaurant, and after ordering and eating our meal, I showed proof of a €25 payment through the app when it was time to settle the bill. However, they refused to acknowledge it, and I was forced to pay the full amount with my credit card. Moreover, this is a clear case of misconduct. They advertise in the app that they accept gift card, but when customers try to use it at the restaurant, they refuse and claim they are not responsible for dealing with the app.

Basic dishes like rice, cous cous and bread were soggy, bland or burnt. The service was poor. We were served hummus and eggplant starters without plates, serving utensils, or bread for ten minutes.

Close to our hotel. Nice menu selection. Service and value good. The Harira and Lentil soups were excellent as was the bread. Would recommend.

This place does not quite get it right. My wife ordered hummus and extremely unusually it did not come with any bread at all. She had to ask for some bread and this was charged extra. My soup was ok, no more, and the hummus was not the best. The main courses arrived before we finished our starters and having ordered the fruit tagine, I noticed that was not accompanied by couscous or rice as is usual. I had to ask for some rice, which was very tasty, but again was charged extra, at an inflated cost of over six euros. Nevertheless, the main courses were lovely! When it came to the bill we had all sorts of arithmetical issues, sorted out by my calculator. All amicably resolved in the end. Incidentally, in retrospect, the set menu, which wasn't offered, would have been better value.
