3.5/10Starters misplaced and long gaps when ordered items forgotten. Unpleasant service even enquiring re missing dishes- ‘the kitchen cooks it - they have the order’ . Overall food just ok, service not at all satisfactory.

9/10Very nice place and gentle staff. We had a dinner and they had a live music! We tried sushi mix and some entrances. Sushi was good but not the best I had for this price. Still fresh!

4.5/10The food was ok, not extremely good neither bad. Just average sushi. The staff was nice however we felt a bit of pressure to leave at the end. They had more options on the menu and they wasn't telling us, like the buffet and ramen (these two aren't in the menu and the guy who gave us the menu didn't had the initiative to inform us about those options). They have at the entrance a sign saying that they don't have card payment but after checking I had in my hand the card, the guy asked if I had money, I said no, so magically the card payment machine worked. This is very bad and typical in Portuguese places. The last thing is that I have booked my table with the fork discount and they didn't apply the discount on our bill. I didn't realised that when I was in the restaurant, only after, so had no opportunity to say something. This was the second time I was in this restaurant, decided to give a second chance, as the first I the food was terrible (cold ramen after a long time waiting for it) but it seems it was the last time. Thanks for the service anyways, and hope you can get better in these details that really matter for the client.

10/10Another fantastic night in Sushi Ya. The sushi is so fresh and tasty. The staff are always so friendly. The best sushi restaurant in Faro. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
