the food was not something amazing or extraordinary, but good for it's price. the service was good.
the food is just amazing. you can pick any dish and you will be happy. the service is great also. i really recommend it!
This was one of the best meals and experiences I’ve had in my life. And this comes from someone who’s a very big foodie and has eaten out at many wonderful places all round the world. The service was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and freindly. The battered cod was absolutely unbelievably good ,incredibly fresh and light and beyond compare. And the pork was absolutely beautiful, perfection. I had a dessert called citrus with a tangerine sorbet that was the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted. The sorbet was so fresh and natural and the came itself was so moist and fresh and amazing the description of it really doesn’t prepare you for it’s wonderfulness. I saw the fado performance there which is apparently every Wednesday. It was so moving and beautiful it was so worth it. Absolutely one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had in Portugal so far.i can see why all the amazing reviews. The owner is also so gracious and fantastic. This place deserves all the praise. Do it you won’t regret it!
The food was of great quality, the restaurant atmosphere and decoration just perfect. Unfortunately one of the 2 waiters attending us was just plain rude (while the other was extremely nice). If it was not for this, our diner would have been perfect. This restaurant is a very good discovery.
It was great experience! Thank you, the team! Will return for sure.
Lovely place, where we enjoyed ourselves. The baby cockles, tuna with salad and tangerine dessert were excellent. Everything was helped by delightful service. Pork sandwich slightly disappointing, but the fish was very good - everything helped by delicious Sangria!
Wonderful, delicious food with great ingredients and authentic flavors in a restored tavern that is over a century old. An hidden gem of a restaurant!
Food was amazing, staff was very friendly. Recommend 10/10!!
Sempre mto bom !
Nice service, good food. Recommend to go also to flea market on Saturday, when you are there!
One of our favorite restaurants in Lisboa!
A good location near the Santa Apolonia station. Bean soup with quid and vegetables was very good as the grilled meat with French fries. A good appetizer made up of a Portuguese type of bread and vegetables with olive sauce. Nice price
Amazing food! Perfectly cooked and great flavors!
Recommended by our guide as someplace she and here husband would go. Did not disappoint. The wait staff didn’t speak much English but were glad to try and help which made it all the better. We chose not to do the chefs menu as it would have been too much. Started with sheep’s cheese and red carrot salad. Both were excellent! My husband had the chicken and I had the hake. Yum!! Finished with some simple desserts. All for about 60 euros.
Realmente Muito Bom !
Great and nice looking food.
A great space in the heart of Lisbon, perfect for a nice night out. The food is simultaneously innovative and traditional. And the bread is to die for. I will definitely return.
Didn’t know very well what was coming up... but as soon as I started to read the menu I was so happy to see that the Algarve gastronomy with a twist was possible to find in Lisbon. Excellent concept, very good quality of product, merchandising with all the details carefully thought, beautiful decoration, very good service. The food is clean, special and perfectly cooked. Congratulations. Will come again.
Excellent meal and very friendly and helpful staff. We ate there twice, in a group of 5 and a group of 10 people. The food was excellent: traditional and very tasteful. Definitely would come again
No waiting time, our table was booked and reserved. Food was very fine, surprising dishes with specialties from the Algarve region. The restaurant was very well visited during the evening, and even though it wasn't noisy. We had a great dinner, relaxed atmosphere and very good service.
